After you book, we’ll reach out to confirm your spot on our schedule. On the day of your cleaning, you’ll receive an email or text an hour before The Scoop Squad arrives. Once we’ve completed the job, you’ll get another notification with a photo of your securely closed fence gate for your peace of mind.

Can I skip a week even if I’ve already paid?

No problem! If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we’ll refund you for that week. If it’s less than 24 hours, we can credit the amount toward a future cleaning. Just let us know, and we’ll make it right!
